Tiffany Sula2 days agoFrom the first call to book the estimate appointment, to the estimate visit with Eric to the installation with Seth and Cameron, everyone with Ackerman was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. We felt heard as the customer and not pushed or over sold at all. Our salesman, Eric was very easy to talk to explained everything to us very well without pressuring us once. Once our install team was on site, Seth and Cameron were very polite and professional. Seth took the time to walk me through everything before and after the install. Cameron took extra care and cleaned the gutters once installed and took extra care to clean up the outdoor space. They both made a great and efficient team! I would 100% recommend the Ackerman team for gutter services!Posted on Google

F BullyDog8 days agoSeth and his coworker were exemplary. They arrived on time, were kind, did what they were supposed to do, and cleaned the job site before leaving. They also approached the project with practicality, not just assuming that the downspouts should just be placed where there were for the previous 68 years. They looked at how the terrain had changed and helped me decide if changes were warranted. Very much appreciated. They did an Excellent job! I love my new gutters! Ken Harrison8 days agoAckerman gutters quote was very competitive with several other gutter companies. Patricia Massie10 days agoI called for an estimate from Ackerman Gutters after I became concerned what another company might not be including on what they quoted and what I asked for. Ackerman Gutters printed everything in detail of what I wanted and the costs so there was no wondering if I was getting leaf guards or not. Brendon and his team were given my job as an add on at the end of their day. I was worried they might feel rushed but they did a great job! The gutters look so nice and they have actually ran a gutter differently than it was before and it looks so much better! A great job at cleaning up too! Thank you so much Carlo and others at Ackerman Gutters for making this experience so nice and smooth!Posted on Google
Dale Jasch11 days agoA neighbor recommended the company because they had gutter guards put on their gutters. I had the original gutters on my house that was built in 1967 and they were black and they were almost born off to the point that they look like they were silver. The crew arrived at 7:58 the appointment was at 8:00. That's unheard of. Usually workmen are late this was a pleasure. They walked me around the house and explained everything they were going to do. And they worked for 5 hours there was a lot of work to be done. No screwing around no chit-chatting they didn't even play loud music. Brian had a suggestion of adding another gutter which I never thought of but it made sense and we did it. He even explained why he thought it should have been done and from what he was telling me he was exactly right because there was overflow happening that this would take care of. I am very happy with Ackerman, Brian Hingst and his crew thank you so much. Oh, the two women I talked to in the office we're spectacular. Took my credit card payments over the phone and I had the receipts before I even hung up the phone it seemed like very nice people. This was an excellent experience.+1Posted on Google

Y Trapp16 days agoI upgraded to 6" gutters with 3'x'4 downspouts. They were made inhouse according to them and look phenomenal. I am excited about the bigger capacity to collect and transport water to drain. I am glad that I made this upgrade decision. Brendan was my lead installer. He was knowledgeable about both engineering and installation physics aspects of products. I felt confident that my gutter project was in good hands. They really cared about how gutters and spouts were being installed as if my job was their house. I had to leave the house before completion, but they finished my job impeccably. I could not find any gaps between anything! Then, they offer 20 year warranty on products and 7 year on workmanship. I highly recommend Ackerman!Posted on Google

The Bacheldors28 days ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Ackerman Seamless Gutters! They were referred to us by The Exterior Painters of Rochester Hills, Michigan, and we couldn’t be happier with both companies. First, the Ackerman team showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a fantastic job with the gutter installation, and their cleanup was just as impressive. Normally, after a contractor leaves, I can always find something that needs to be cleaned up or taken care of afterward—but these guys were completely on point. I actually waited for a good rainstorm before writing this review because I wanted to see how the new gutters performed. I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve seen our outside walls stay completely bone dry during a heavy rain. Our old gutters had definitely outlived their usefulness, and the difference with the new system is incredible. Thank you to Ackerman Seamless Gutters for a top-notch job! We would happily recommend both Ackerman Seamless Gutters and The Exterior Painters of Rochester Hills to anyone looking for quality, reliable home improvement professionals. Thank you Seth for your attention to detail. Thank you again! — The Bacheldor Family Livonia, MichiganPosted on Google

DAN DANIEL33 days agoI don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like this one was deserved. I ended up choosing Ackerman even though they were about $800 more than another well-known company in the area, and after seeing the finished product, I’m glad I did. Jacob, the main installer, honestly could have been in sales because he really knows his stuff. Super personable, easy to work with, and his attention to detail was impressive. I’m extremely picky when it comes to work being done on my house, and he did a fantastic job. One of the deciding factors for me was the way Ackerman does their corners and bonding. After comparing them to others, I felt their system was just superior, and seeing it installed confirmed that for me. The entire crew was polite, courteous, professional, and just genuinely nice to have around. You can tell Ackerman has a great culture within the company, and I think that translates directly into the quality of their work. They weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but I’m very happy I went with them. Great experience from start to finish and I’d definitely recommend them.Posted on Google

Rob Thorndike (RT-MI90)48 days agoFrom Nate McTiche initial meeting & estimate to Rob Dascke (and teams) install to Sandy’ scheduling and invoicing, the Ackerman team did a great job replacing the gutters on our house and pole barn. A special callout to Rob in working with us on adding a new downspout by our front porch. This required a bit of patience and creativity as it didn’t have the standard wall/corner to align with. Nancey Cohen64 days agoFrom the first interaction to the last, this company and team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They utilize technology such as texts, electronic communications and links not as a replacement but, rather, an enhancement to good old fashioned (excellent) customer service and quality workmanship. My first point of contact was Sandy, who took the time to patiently answer my questions, explain the process and schedule an in person consultation to estimate the work. Eric was my estimator and took great care to explain the scope of work and address my concerns about the prior gutter installation. He was able to provide me with a simple yet thorough printed estimate of the scope of work on the spot. There were no high pressure tactics to hire the company. Upon hiring Ackerman, no up front deposits were required. They take all payment forms. Brendan was my lead installer. He was clear, kind and respectful. Dawn Murua67 days agoWe had a very positive experience with Ackerman Gutters from the initial estimate through the completed installation. Eric Wadell was extremely helpful and thorough during the quoting process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the materials and installation details, and make sure we understood our options before making a decision. On installation day, Brendan Hingst and the crew were professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. Brendan took time at the beginning of the job to walk through everything with us and make sure we were all on the same page. The crew worked steadily throughout the day and kept the yard and work areas clean and picked up as they went. There were also several areas that required some extra attention and problem solving, and I was especially impressed with how they handled those. Around our porch, the downspout needed to be shaped and routed carefully so that it would function properly while still looking good. They took the time to discuss the different options with us and made sure we were comfortable with the solution. They also worked through an area near the chimney to help improve water flow. I really appreciated their attention to the smaller details as well. They trimmed back some long decorative grasses where needed so they could do the best installation, and even replaced a couple of rusty fascia nails to improve the finished appearance. Those may seem like little things, but they showed me that the crew cared about how the entire job looked when they were finished. We put a lot of thought into choosing a gutter company, and we are very happy that we chose Ackerman. From Eric’s communication and thoroughness during the estimate process to Brendan and the crew’s workmanship and attention to detail on installation day, the entire experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ackerman Gutters.+4Posted on Google

Jason and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would and went above and beyond to make sure our entire gutter system was done right. Jason and his crew definitely have a gift when it comes to handling tight turns, difficult areas, and unique situations and still making everything look clean and professional. We had a couple of challenging areas on our house, and Jason was able to correct them with his knowledge, experience, skill, and craftsmanship. You can definitely tell these guys know what they're doing. Once they removed the old gutters, they also found a couple of issues that needed attention. They took care of everything without any complaints or hassle and made sure the job was done properly. Their workmanship is 150% outstanding. Everything looks perfect, and their cleanup afterward was impeccable. You would hardly know they had been here other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new seamless gutter system! Our house is fairly large, and the entire job was around $6,000. We were also able to finance through GreenSky for around $100 a month, which made it very convenient. On top of that, their 20-year and 7-year warranty coverage really helps make the whole investment feel worthwhile. I have absolutely no complaints. william ristovski179 days agoI was honestly relieved how easy this was. We had Gutter Repair and Downspout Repair done for my house in Troy and it looks solid. Shoutout to Nate in sales for keeping it simple and setting expectations clearly. Really impressed with the crew. Jason was very professional. He kept things organized and tidy. They fixed the trouble spots and double checked everything before they left. Scheduling was simple and they were on time. I'd recommend Ackerman Gutters.Posted on Google

Courtney Krzeszak180 days agoAckerman Gutters came out for Gutter Repair for my house in Shelby Twp and it came out outstanding. Everything was straightforward and handled professionally. Brendan and Dave did a "gutter tune up" a few days after scheduling - they were friendly, clean, easy to work with and did a great job. Easy recommendation if you need gutter work.Posted on Google
